    We are receiving many inquiries about purchasing of our software for spiral bevel gear design and for spiral bevel gear manufacturing. We are planning to market our software in 2010 after we make it user friendly and after detailed examination of the software in our production at Spiral Bevel Co.
    We are receiving many questions about details of our production method. While we intend to keep the key elements of our manufacturing confidential we are very opened for providing any assistance in spiral bevel gear manufacturing including traditional gear manufacturing on machines commonly known as Gleason or Klingelnberg machines.
    We can examen your gear design and the tooth contact and we can reccomend a better method of the machining as well as a better design of the gear. If you have a new project it will be very beneficial to contact us as soon as possible so we can advise on the best possible gear design, which will be the least expensive in manufacturing and would have the best performance in operation.
    If you have a broken spiral bevel pinion or a gear and would like to have a new one we will be able to make a new part identical to the original or better. We need to examen the only pinion or the gear in order to produce entire gear set with correct tooth contact pattern.
